- Add UserResponse for user management endpoints
- Add RoleResponse for role management endpoints
- Add PermissionResponse for permission management endpoints
- Add MenuResponse for flat menu list endpoints
- Add MenuTreeResponse for hierarchical menu structure
- Add MeResponse for current user information endpoint

These DTOs align with the SystemController and MeController endpoints
for complete system management functionality.
