- phase-52: 权限前缀 message:subscription:* → system:message:subscription:*（API契约+Controller全量修正）
- phase-53: depends_on 描述 "API网关" → "消息订阅管理"
- permissions.yml: 补充 system:message:record:query（Phase 51）
- permissions.yml: 新增 5条 system:message:subscription:* 权限（Phase 52）
- docs/reviews: 追加 Round 3 修复表 + 最终评分表（收敛状态）

同步携带 Round 1-2 已修复的 phase-35/36/38/39/40/41/43/44 变更。

  - HIGH: 6/6 (Long 比较、SQL 注入、HMAC 实现、命名冲突)
  - MEDIUM: 6/6 (CSS 注入、Filter 时序、指标重复、占位符冲突)
  - QUALITY: 8/8 (Phase 46-53 补全 scope/契约/前端路径)
  - TESTS: 21/21 (Phase 33-53 测试契约文件)

  ## 关键修复
  1. DAG 依赖: 通过 Redis 缓存和 ThreadLocal 解耦跨模块依赖
  2. 安全加固: SQL 参数绑定、HMAC-SHA256 修正、CSS 白名单过滤
  3. PostgreSQL 兼容: find_in_set() → ANY(string_to_array())
  4. 测试补全: 为 Phase 33-53 创建 21 个测试文件 (共 280+ 测试用例)
