Fixed missing route registration that prevented the /api/collab/* endpoints from being available. The claude_deepseek_collab module was imported and implemented but not registered in the FastAPI app, causing 404 errors on all endpoints including health check, recommend, and batch-recommend. Changes: - Updated backend/app/routes/__init__.py to export claude_deepseek_collab module - Updated backend/main.py to import and register the claude_deepseek_collab router - All endpoints now properly accessible and working with real Alpha Vantage data Verified endpoints: ✅ /api/collab/health - System health check ✅ /api/collab/recommend - Single stock/forex analysis with Claude + DeepSeek ✅ /api/collab/batch-recommend - Batch analysis for multiple assets ✅ /api/collab/analyze/{symbol} - Technical signal analysis only Real data sources verified: ✅ AAPL: $275.25 (Alpha Vantage) ✅ EURUSD=X: 1.16 (ExchangeRate API) 🤖 Generated with Claude Code Co-Authored-By: Claude <[email protected]>

Key Findings Summary
System Architecture
- Type: Full-stack AI-powered stock recommendation system
- Frontend: Vue 3 (SPA with real-time updates)
- Backend: FastAPI with async operations
- Database: PostgreSQL + Redis caching
- AI Integration: Claude 4.5 via OpenRouter API
- Data Source: TuShare API (Chinese stocks) + yfinance (fallback)
- Deployment: Docker Compose with 5 containers
Data Flow
User Input
→ Vue3 Component (frontend)
→ Fetch API to FastAPI Route
→ Check Redis cache
→ Fetch real data (TuShare/PostgreSQL)
→ Service layer processing
→ Claude AI analysis (with data injection)
→ Cache in Redis
→ Return to frontend
→ Display in component
Claude AI Integration
- Model: Claude Sonnet 4.5 (via OpenRouter)
- Strategy: Data injection + system prompt constraints
- Purpose: Explain ML recommendations, not calculate them
- Pattern: Real data + structured prompt → JSON + natural language output
- Caching: Redis with configurable TTLs (1-3600 seconds)
Key Capabilities
- Stock recommendations from ML models
- AI-powered explanations using Claude
- Real-time data integration from TuShare
- Multi-level caching (in-memory → Redis → PostgreSQL)
- Market sentiment analysis
- Technical indicator calculation
- Announcement crawling
- Strategy comparison
Current Limitations
- Basic stock code extraction (regex-based)
- Simple keyword matching for industry detection
- Some mock data returned (marked with TODOs)
- Limited error handling for Claude API
- WebSocket partially implemented
