feat: complete Blueprint v2.0 compliance - 100% (Issues #26, #27, #28)

This commit completes all three optimization issues from the Blueprint v2.0 roadmap,
achieving 100% compliance (23/23 checks) with the optimized blueprint.

## Issue #26: Configure Alembic Database Migration ✅

### Database Migration Framework
- Created alembic.ini with SQLite default and production PostgreSQL support
- Implemented async-capable alembic/env.py with SQLAlchemy 2.0 integration
- Added script.py.mako template following naming convention:
  YYYYMMDD_HHMM_<revision>_<slug>

### SQLAlchemy Models
- Created backend/models/__init__.py with async engine and session factory
- Added backend/models/user.py (User model with authentication fields)
- Added backend/models/item.py (Item model with user relationship)
- Models follow best practices: indexed columns, timezone-aware timestamps

### Initial Migration
- Created alembic/versions/20250101_0001_initial_schema.py
- Implements Expand pattern (nullable columns, safe for zero-downtime)
- Creates users and items tables with proper constraints and indexes

### Kubernetes Integration
- Updated values-infra-db.yaml with database.migrations configuration
- Added PreSync migration job settings (ttl: 300s, backoff: 3)
- Configured resource limits for migration jobs

### Documentation
- Created comprehensive docs/database/migration-guide.md (365 lines)
- Covers: Expand/Contract pattern, K8s migrations, troubleshooting
- Includes production best practices and rollback strategies

## Issue #27: Integrate OpenTelemetry Distributed Tracing ✅

### OpenTelemetry SDK Integration
- Added 6 OpenTelemetry packages to requirements.txt:
  * opentelemetry-api, opentelemetry-sdk (core)
  * opentelemetry-instrumentation-fastapi (auto-instrumentation)
  * opentelemetry-exporter-otlp (OTLP exporter)
  * opentelemetry-instrumentation-sqlalchemy, httpx (DB and HTTP tracing)

### Backend Application Rewrite (backend/main.py)
- Implemented configure_opentelemetry() function:
  * Creates Resource with SERVICE_NAME, SERVICE_VERSION, DEPLOYMENT_ENVIRONMENT
  * Configures TracerProvider with BatchSpanProcessor
  * Sets up OTLPSpanExporter to send to OpenTelemetry Collector
- Auto-instrumented FastAPI with FastAPIInstrumentor.instrument_app(app)
- Added manual span example in root endpoint with custom attributes

### Enhanced Structured Logging
- Created JSONFormatter with trace_id and span_id injection
- Logs now include:
  * trace_id (32-char hex from OpenTelemetry span context)
  * span_id (16-char hex)
  * service, env, namespace, pod (for Grafana filtering)
- Enables log-trace correlation in Grafana/Loki

### Kubernetes Configuration
- Updated values-infra-db.yaml with OTEL environment variables:
  * OTEL_ENABLED=true
  * OTEL_SERVICE_NAME=gold-template
  * OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT (pointing to otel-collector in tracing namespace)
  * OTEL_TRACES_SAMPLER=parentbased_traceidratio (10% sampling)

## Issue #28: Create Grafana Dashboard ✅

### Comprehensive Observability Dashboard
- Created deployment/grafana/dashboards/gold-template.json (582 lines)
- Dashboard: "Gold Template - Application Observability"
- UID: gold-template-observability

### Dashboard Panels (6 Total)
1. **Request Rate (RPS)** - Time series
   - PromQL: rate(http_requests_total{namespace="$namespace"}[5m])
   - Legend: {{method}} {{endpoint}}
   - Unit: reqps

2. **Error Rate** - Gauge
   - PromQL: rate(http_requests_total{status=~"5.."}[5m]) / rate(http_requests_total[5m])
   - Thresholds: green < 5% < yellow < 10% < red
   - Unit: percentunit

3. **Response Time (P50, P95, P99)** - Time series
   - PromQL: histogram_quantile(0.50/0.95/0.99, rate(http_request_duration_seconds_bucket[5m]))
   - Shows mean and max in legend table
   - Unit: seconds

4. **Memory Usage** - Time series
   - PromQL: container_memory_usage_bytes / container_spec_memory_limit_bytes
   - Per-pod breakdown
   - Unit: percentunit

5. **CPU Usage** - Time series
   - PromQL: rate(container_cpu_usage_seconds_total[5m])
   - Per-pod breakdown
   - Unit: percentunit

6. **Application Logs** - Loki logs panel
   - LogQL: {namespace="$namespace"} | json | line_format "{{.timestamp}} [{{.level}}] {{.message}} (trace_id={{.trace_id}})"
   - Shows structured logs with trace_id for correlation

### Dashboard Features
- Template variables: namespace (gold-template/dev/prod), pod (multi-select)
- Auto-refresh: 30s
- Time range: Last 1 hour (default)
- Tags: gold-template, fastapi, observability
- Datasources: Prometheus, Loki (via variables ${DS_PROMETHEUS}, ${DS_LOKI})

## Compliance Verification
- Ran .claude/skills/blueprint-checker/checker.py
- **Score: 23/23 (100%)** ✅
- All categories passing:
  * Observability: 7/7 (Prometheus, logs, trace_id, OpenTelemetry, ServiceMonitor)
  * Database: 4/4 (Alembic, migrations, PreSync job, infra DB)
  * Deployment: 4/4 (Argo CD, Helm, multi-env, Dockerfile)
  * CI/CD: 4/4 (GitHub Actions, GitOps, quality checks, security scans)
  * Code Quality: 4/4 (dependencies, tests, docs, env example)

## Technical Highlights
- **Zero-Downtime Migrations:** Expand/Contract pattern with PreSync hooks
- **Full Observability:** Metrics + Traces + Logs (Golden Signals + trace correlation)
- **Production-Ready:** Async SQLAlchemy, structured logging, resource limits
- **GitOps Compliant:** All changes via Git, Argo CD auto-sync
- **Multi-Environment:** Separate configs for dev/prod with different sampling rates

```bash
alembic current
```
```bash
alembic upgrade head
```
```bash
alembic downgrade -1
```
```bash
alembic history --verbose
```
```bash
# 1. 修改 backend/models/ 中的模型
# 2. 运行自动生成迁移
alembic revision --autogenerate -m "Add column X to table Y"
# 3. 检查生成的迁移文件
# alembic/versions/YYYYMMDD_HHMM_<revision>_add_column_x_to_table_y.py
# 4. 审查并修改(如果需要)
# 5. 运行迁移
alembic upgrade head
```
```bash
# 创建空的迁移文件
alembic revision -m "Custom migration"
# 编辑生成的文件,实现 upgrade() 和 downgrade()
```
## 🔄 Expand/Contract
#### Phase 1: Expand(扩展)
```python
# alembic/versions/20250101_0100_add_email_column.py
"""Add email column to users table"""
def upgrade() -> None:
# 添加列,允许 NULL(兼容旧版本应用)
op.add_column('users', sa.Column('email', sa.String(255), nullable=True))
op.create_index('ix_users_email', 'users', ['email'])
def downgrade() -> None:
op.drop_index('ix_users_email', table_name='users')
op.drop_column('users', 'email')
```
```python
# alembic/versions/20250101_0200_backfill_email.py
"""Backfill email for existing users"""
def upgrade() -> None:
# 回填数据
op.execute("""
UPDATE users
SET email = username || '@example.com'
WHERE email IS NULL
""")
def downgrade() -> None:
# 回填不可逆
pass
```
#### Phase 3: Contract(收缩)
```python
# alembic/versions/20250101_0300_make_email_required.py
"""Make email column required"""
def upgrade() -> None:
# 添加约束(此时所有应用已升级,数据已回填)
op.alter_column('users', 'email', nullable=False)
op.create_unique_constraint('uq_users_email', 'users', ['email'])
def downgrade() -> None:
op.drop_constraint('uq_users_email', 'users', type_='unique')
op.alter_column('users', 'email', nullable=True)
```
```python
# 直接修改类型会导致应用失败
op.alter_column('users', 'age', type_=sa.Integer())
```
(Expand/Contract):
**Phase 1: Expand**
```python
# 添加新列
op.add_column('users', sa.Column('age_new', sa.Integer(), nullable=True))
```
**Phase 2: 双写**
```python
# 应用同时写入两列
user.age = "25" # 旧列(字符串)
user.age_new = 25 # 新列(整数)
```
**Phase 3:
```python
# 回填历史数据
op.execute("UPDATE users SET age_new = CAST(age AS INTEGER) WHERE age_new IS NULL")
```
**Phase 4:
```python
# 应用从新列读取
age = user.age_new
```
**Phase 5: Contract**
```python
# 删除旧列,重命名新列
op.drop_column('users', 'age')
op.alter_column('users', 'age_new', new_column_name='age')
```
### PreSync Hook(推荐)
Argo CD
```yaml
# deployment/helm/gold-template/templates/migration-job.yaml
apiVersion: batch/v1
kind: Job
metadata:
annotations:
argocd.argoproj.io/hook: PreSync
argocd.argoproj.io/sync-wave: "1"
spec:
template:
spec:
containers:
- name: migration
image: <app-image>
command: ["alembic", "upgrade", "head"]
```
```bash
# 通过 kubectl 运行 Job
kubectl create job --from=cronjob/migration-job migration-manual -n gold-template
# 查看日志
kubectl logs -n gold-template job/migration-manual
```
```bash
# 进入 Pod
kubectl exec -it -n gold-template <pod-name> -- /bin/bash
# 运行迁移
alembic upgrade head
```
```bash
# 生成 SQL 而不执行
alembic upgrade head --sql > migration.sql
# 查看文件
cat migration.sql
```
```bash
alembic show <revision>
```
```bash
# 将数据库标记为指定版本(危险操作!)
alembic stamp <revision>
```
```bash
# .env
DATABASE_URL=sqlite+aiosqlite:///./gold-template.db
```
(Postgres)
```bash
# K8s Secret
DATABASE_URL=postgresql+asyncpg://user:[email protected]:5432/goldtemplate
```
1. `DATABASE_URL` 环境变量
2. `alembic.ini` 中的 `sqlalchemy.url`
```python
# 使用 IF NOT EXISTS
op.execute("CREATE INDEX IF NOT EXISTS ix_users_email ON users(email)")
```
2. **向后兼容**:遵循 Expand/Contract 模式
```bash
# 1. 运行迁移到最新版本
alembic upgrade head
# 2. 验证数据库状态
sqlite3 gold-template.db
> .schema users
# 3. 回滚
alembic downgrade -1
# 4. 再次升级
alembic upgrade head
# 5. 检查应用是否正常工作
python -m uvicorn backend.main:app --reload
```
1: "Can't locate revision identified by 'xxxx'"
```bash
# 检查当前版本
alembic current
# 检查迁移历史
alembic history
# 手动标记正确的版本
alembic stamp <correct-revision>
```
```bash
# 1. 检查数据库状态
alembic current
# 2. 手动修复数据库(如果需要)
# 3. 标记为上一个成功的版本
alembic stamp <previous-revision>
# 4. 修复迁移脚本
# 5. 重新运行
alembic upgrade head
```
3: "Target database is not up to date"
```bash
# 1. 拉取最新代码
git pull
# 2. 合并迁移分支
alembic merge <revision1> <revision2> -m "Merge branches"
# 3. 运行迁移
alembic upgrade head
```
