test: add comprehensive risk assessments API test suite (Issue #37)

Created complete test coverage for risk assessment endpoints:
- 25 test cases covering all 3 endpoints
- POST /risk-assessments (11 tests)
- GET /risk-assessments (5 tests)
- GET /risk-assessments/{id} (5 tests)
- Edge cases and error handling (4 tests)

Test features:
✅ Access control (guardian, psychologist, administrator)
✅ Ollama integration (mocked with AsyncMock)
✅ Fallback mechanisms
✅ Pagination and filtering
✅ Error handling and edge cases
✅ Data validation

Dependencies and fixes:
- Updated httpx (0.26.0 → 0.27.2) for pytest-httpx compatibility
- Fixed JWT imports (import jwt → from jose import jwt)
- Fixed Pydantic v2 field_validator syntax
- Fixed model import conflicts (removed duplicate User model)
- Updated backend/models/__init__.py to import left_behind_children models
- Added missing auth exports (blacklist_token, is_token_blacklisted, can_access_risk_assessment)

Known issue (⚠️ BLOCKING):
- SQLite UUID type incompatibility preventing tests from running
- Error: SQLiteTypeCompiler can't render UUID type
- Need to implement UUID-to-String adapter for SQLite in tests
- All 25 tests fail at setup phase

Files created/modified:
- tests/unit/test_api_risk_assessments.py (NEW - 700+ lines)
- requirements.txt (updated httpx, commented safety)
- backend/auth/__init__.py (added exports)
- backend/auth/utils.py (fixed JWT import)
- backend/auth/dependencies.py (fixed JWT import)
- backend/api/data.py (fixed Pydantic validator)
- backend/models/__init__.py (switched to left_behind_children models)

Next steps:
1. Fix UUID/SQLite compatibility (use String(36) or UUID adapter)
2. Run tests successfully
3. Achieve >95% coverage target

Progress: Issue #37 - 70% complete (tests written, need execution)

Related: #38, #39, #40, #41, #42

**Phase:** Requirements Analysis
---
## 1. Executive Summary
### 1.1 Project Overview
This project aims to develop an intelligent platform for early detection and prevention of psychological risks in left-behind children (children whose parents have migrated for work, leaving them in rural areas). The system combines multi-modal data collection, AI-powered risk assessment, and community-based intervention to address the growing mental health crisis among China's estimated 69 million left-behind children.
**Key Innovation:** First comprehensive system integrating voice biometrics, natural language processing, and psychological assessment for real-time risk detection with cross-provincial scalability.
### 1.2 Business Value

3-4 hours
1.5 hours
**文件:** `backend/redis_client.py` (250+ 行代码)
- ✅ Token 黑名单操作 (`blacklist_token`, `is_token_blacklisted`)
- ✅ 通用缓存操作 (`cache_set`, `cache_get`, `cache_delete`)
```python
# Token blacklist with TTL
async def blacklist_token(jti: str, expires_in: int):
key = f"blacklist:{jti}"
await redis_client.setex(key, expires_in, "1")
# Check if token is blacklisted
async def is_token_blacklisted(jti: str):
key = f"blacklist:{jti}"
exists = await redis_client.exists(key)
return exists == 1
```
```bash
REDIS_URL=redis://localhost:6379/0
```
---
Redis
**文件:** `backend/auth/utils.py`
(Mock):**
```python
async def is_token_blacklisted(jti: str) -> bool:
# TODO: Implement Redis check
return False # Placeholder
```
**之后(Real):**
```python
async def is_token_blacklisted(jti: str) -> bool:
from backend.redis_client import is_token_blacklisted as redis_is_blacklisted
return await redis_is_blacklisted(jti)
```
---
**文件:** `backend/main.py`
- ✅ `@app.on_event("startup")` - 初始化 Redis 连接
- ✅ `@app.on_event("shutdown")` - 关闭 Redis 连接
```
应用启动 → 连接 Redis → 记录日志 "✅ Redis connected"
应用关闭 → 关闭 Redis → 记录日志 "✅ Redis closed"
```
---
**文件:** `requirements.txt`
```
redis==5.0.1 # Redis 客户端(支持 async)
asyncpg==0.29.0 # PostgreSQL async driver(为后续任务准备)
```
---
**文件:** `scripts/test_redis.py` (200+ 行代码)
2. ✅ Token
- 检查未黑名单的 token(应返回 False)
True)
None
```bash
python scripts/test_redis.py
```
```
🧪 REDIS INTEGRATION TEST SUITE
### 遇到的问题和解决方案:
**问题 1:** Redis 客户端导入问题
- **症状:** `ImportError: cannot import name 'asyncio' from 'redis'`
- **原因:** Redis 版本差异(旧版本使用 `aioredis`,新版本使用 `redis.asyncio`)
- **解决:** 添加 try-except 兼容性代码
```python
try:
import redis.asyncio as redis
except ImportError:
import aioredis as redis
```
**问题 2:** 应用启动时 Redis 不可用
- **症状:** 应用崩溃
- **解决:** 添加 try-except,记录错误但不阻塞应用启动
- **理由:** Redis 是可选组件,应用核心功能不应依赖它
**问题 3:** Token 黑名单 TTL 设置
- **疑问:** 黑名单 TTL 应该是多长?
- **决策:** 使用与 access token 相同的过期时间(7 天)
- **理由:** Token 过期后,黑名单记录也不再需要,自动清理节省内存
---
### 后续优化建议:
1. **监控:** 添加 Redis 连接池 metrics(当前连接数、空闲连接数)
2. **缓存策略:** 实现缓存预热和失效策略
3. **Redis Sentinel:** 生产环境使用 Redis Sentinel 提高可用性
4. **性能优化:** 使用 pipeline 批量操作
5. **安全:** 配置 Redis AUTH 密码
---
## 📊 进度更新
