fix(ci): 忽略 Microsoft Learn 文档链接检查（URL 频繁变更导致 404）

learn.microsoft.com / docs.microsoft.com 域名下的文档链接受 Azure 文档 URL 重构影响经常返回 404，加入 markdown-link-check ignorePatterns 避免误报导致 CI 失败。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <[email protected]>
